Custom Special Occasion Song

Have a customized song created for your family or friends. The song will can be in a traditional, thoughtful format or a light, humerous style however nothing exceeding the most mild vulgarity or profanity will be permitted. The song must incorporate at least:

• The recipient’s first name, or
• The recipient’s full name

Additionally, you can include elements such as:

• The month and day of the special event
• Personalized details about the event such as the achievement (i.e. graduation, promotion, retirement)
• For humerous style, additions such as “you old fart”, “you finally got off your a**”, etc.. are OK

For the most part, the more personal information you provide for me to work with, the better and less “generic” the result.

Two “re-works” for style or pronounciation are included (time permitting, so please purchase well in advance) provided that the information does not change. For unusual name pronounciation we would request that you record the correct pronounciation and forward that when you place your order.

This is a digital product. A standard .mp3 file will be emailed. When playing samples below, make sure you pause the current sample before clicking play on the next or you’ll get double-audio.

Important: Provide as much additional detail to customize the song such as: Names of other family members and age (i.e. Mom - Jane, Dad-Bill, Daughter - Suzie [12], Son - Timmy [5]) ; names of key co-workers/friends, etc.. What these people are likely to be doing on the special day. I cannot promise to use every piece of information provided, the more information available to me when I create the lyrics directly impact the quality of the result. Either the birth day and birth month, -or- age of the recipient is required to be included in the song. Both MIGHT be included if you do not specify. If you DO NOT WANT the receipient AGE included in the song, please indicate this here.

• I understand that the Recipient Main Identifier is fixed once the initial draft song is delivered.

Other than corrections to pronounciation, no changes to the main identifier will be allowed without placing a new order once work has commenced, unless a waiver of this policy is granted in my sole discretion.

Changing of the main identifier, other than for pronounciation, will not be permitted once a draft audio has been sent.

• I understand that I will receive a maximum of two (2) re-works for style or pronounciation. *

Re-works are contingent on you providing quick feedback to permit time for the rework to be completed.

Failure to provide feedback for 24 hours will be construed as acceptance of the delivered audio.

No additional changes or re-works will be performed after noon EST two days prior to the event date except at my sole discretion and time permitting.

Reworks that request a complete style change (i.e. you ordered Country and decide after the first draft that you want Pop instead) may result in a small upcharge at my sole discretion.

• I understand that work to complete my order generally commences immediately upon placing the order, and without prior approval the order cannot be cancelled. *

Any attempt to reverse-charge a transaction once the first draft audio has been emailed will be considered attempted fraud and be reported as such. I may, in my sole discretion, agree to grant a cancellation and full or partial refund depending on circumstances.

Any requests for a song depicting graphic sex, drug abuse, violence, or any other content which I find offensive will be cancelled and refunded immediately. Repeat offenders will have their order cancelled immediately without refund.
